Refund Policy

This policy covers the Pro subscription ($9.99 or ฿299 per month). The Free plan costs nothing.

Free trial

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically each month. Cancel any time from Pro → Manage billing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• First charge: if you forgot to cancel the trial, or the service was not what you expected, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Mistakes: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• Other months: we do not refund a month that has already started, as you keep access until it ends.
• Service problems: if the service is unavailable for a long period, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected time.

Nothing here limits rights you have under Thai consumer law.

How to ask

Email services.crgroup@gmail.com from your account address with the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
