Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Haze Buds Sridonchai Co., Ltd (บจก.เฮซ บัดส์ ศรีดอนไชย) (“we”) for Business Consignment System, a tool for tracking consignment stock, supplier bills and stores. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
• Give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you add.
• Each business gets its own private workspace. The person who creates it is its owner and the only one who can manage billing.

2. Plans and billing

• Free: 1 store, up to 10 products, owner-only account.
• Pro: $9.99 or ฿299 per month (shown at checkout, including any applicable tax), with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled, and starts charging automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store information about suppliers, staff and others, and for keeping your own business, tax and accounting records. You can export your data (Pro) and delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Follow the laws that apply to your business and products, including licensing and tax rules. The tool records what you enter; it does not make a transaction lawful.
• Do not attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware, or resell the service without our written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or others' sensitive personal data you have no need to keep.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

6. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully, with notice where reasonable. On deletion your workspace data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or errors in figures you rely on without checking, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without removing any consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app before they apply. Contact: services.crgroup@gmail.com.
